Selected nominee for the 2025 CAPES Thesis Award in the field of Biodiversity!

The internal committee of the Graduate Program in Ecology at UFSC, composed of professors Malva Isabel Medina Hernández, Bruno Renaly Souza Figueiredo, Carolina Levis, and Cristiano de Campos Nogueira, after reviewing the material submitted by PhD graduates who defended their theses in 2024, selected the thesis by Dr. Larissa Dalpaz de Azevedo, entitled “Entwined destinies: social, economic, and ecological dimensions of bycatch through the perspectives of researchers, fishers, consumers, and dolphins”, supervised by Prof. Dr. Fabio Daura and co-supervised by Prof. Dr. Natalia Hanazaki, to represent the Graduate Program in Ecology in the 2025 edition of the CAPES Thesis Award.
